产品原理

本试剂盒采用无柱式阳性分选策略，基于生物素-链霉亲和素（SA）高特异性结合原理实现NK细胞快速富集

储存条件

• 生物素标记CD56抗体：2~8℃避光保存，禁止冻融

• SA磁珠：2~8℃保存，切勿冷冻、干燥

• 缓冲液/洗涤液：室温密闭保存，避免污染

• 有效期：12个月

适用样本

• 小鼠新鲜外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）

• 小鼠骨髓/免疫细胞悬液（去除红细胞与死细胞后）
